Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Lynks.Pro. By creating an account or publishing a page, you accept these rules, including the usage policy that specifies what is allowed and what is not.

Purpose and acceptance
Lynks.Pro is an online service that lets you create a link page, short links, QR codes, track statistics, and collect payments through third-party providers. By using the service, you accept these terms as well as our privacy policy.
Account
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate a third party. You may close your account at any time; your data is then deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.
Usage policy and prohibited content
This policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service. It applies to any content published through Lynks.Pro (pages, links, media, text, redirect destinations). The creator remains solely responsible for their content and its compliance with the law.
Strictly prohibited, immediate suspension, no refund
The following content and uses result in the immediate suspension of the page or account, without refund, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:
- Scams, phishing, fraud, financial deception.
- Malware, booby-trapped links, virus distribution.
- Impersonation of a person, brand, or organization.
- Counterfeiting and infringement of intellectual property rights.
- Child sexual abuse content or any endangerment of minors. Systematically reported to the authorities.
- Incitement to hatred, discrimination, harassment, or violence.
- Sale of illegal goods or services (weapons, drugs, prohibited items, etc.).
Adult content (18+), strict framework
Content reserved for adults (18+) is allowed only on the dedicated custom-domain plan, isolated from the lynks.pro domain, and with 18+ age verification. Within this framework:
- Adult content is prohibited on the shared lynks.pro domain (pages at lynks.pro/...) and prohibited from the creator directory.
- It is only allowed on a page served via a dedicated custom domain, separate from lynks.pro, with an active 18+ age verification gate.
- The creator remains responsible for the legality of their content, for verifying the age of their audience, and for complying with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction and those of their audience.
- Any content sexualizing a minor, or a person appearing to be a minor, is strictly prohibited, with no exception.
Moderation and right of removal
Lynks.Pro may, at any time and without notice, moderate, restrict, deindex (remove from the directory and search engines), or suspend any page that does not comply with these terms or the law. Lynks reserves a right of removal over any content that is reported or deemed contrary to this policy. These measures may be taken without refund in the event of a serious breach.
Payments and paid plans
Payments collected through your page pass through third-party providers (for example Stripe, PayPal, Ko-fi). Lynks does not take a commission on your sales. Paid subscriptions to the service are described on the pricing page; they are commitment-free and cancellable. You remain responsible for your tax obligations and for the compliance of what you sell.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". Lynks.Pro implements reasonable measures to ensure availability and security, without guaranteeing a total absence of interruption. Lynks cannot be held liable for content published by users, who are solely responsible for it.
Changes to these terms and governing law
These terms may change; the version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date. These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the competent courts will be seized.
