We limit collection to what is strictly necessary to run the service:

• Account: your email address (login identifier) and the information you choose to add to your page (display name, avatar, links, block content).
• Visit statistics: aggregated audience metrics (page views, clicks per link, traffic sources, country, device type). These statistics are aggregated and are not used to identify you individually.
• Essential cookies: cookies strictly necessary for operation (login session, security). No advertising cookies and no reselling of data.
• Technical data: server logs (IP address, timestamp) kept for security and abuse prevention.

Each processing activity has a specific purpose and a legal basis within the meaning of the GDPR:

• Provide the service (account creation, publishing your page): performance of the contract.
• Aggregated audience measurement (statistics): legitimate interest in improving the service, based on aggregated data.
• Security and abuse prevention (logs, fraud prevention): legitimate interest and legal obligation.
• Communications (account-related emails, notifications): performance of the contract; for non-essential messages, your consent, revocable at any time.

• Account and content: kept for as long as your account is active. When the account is deleted, your personal data is erased within a reasonable period.
• Inactive accounts: under the data minimization principle, an account left inactive for three months may be deleted after a warning sent by email. Simply logging back in before the stated deadline cancels this deletion.
• Aggregated statistics: kept in aggregated form for audience tracking.
• Technical logs: kept for a short period, for security purposes.
• Legal obligations: some data may be kept for longer when required by law (for example, invoicing).

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:

• Access: find out what data concerning you is processed.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: request the deletion of your data.
• Portability: retrieve your data in a reusable format.

Lynks.Pro relies on technical service providers to operate, including the host Vercel Inc. (United States). These providers process data on our behalf, within the scope of the service and under appropriate safeguards. No data is sold to third parties.

Pages are served over HTTPS and encrypted in transit. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure.
