Customer unable to pay? Find where your payment link fails

The Lynks team7 min read

Direct payments let customers pay through your chosen provider. They still have that provider's conditions and fees. When a customer says the payment does not work, identify the failed step before changing your offer or sending another link.

The same report can describe an unavailable page, a request to create an account, an app problem or a declined payment. Ask what the customer sees and where they opened the link. Do not request a card number, security code or banking password.
