Open Edit profile, then Links and Add external link. Instagram supports up to five links, which you can reorder. URLs typed into the profile description do not become clickable links: use the dedicated Links section.
From stories you can add a link sticker, but you have to post a story every time and it disappears after 24 hours. Good for a one off promo, useless as a permanent directory of your links.
